Statewide Tax Recovery is going GREEN in 2022 and launching our new self-service client portal. We are introducing this new automated method for receiving monthly invoices and remittance advice. We are asking our clients to take advantage of the new options, which will result in receiving remittance funds quicker and easier. This new process will standardize and improve the administrative workload that is generated from collecting and processing paper invoices.

Effective March 1, 2022, a paper invoice would need to be requested and no longer will default to automatically being mailed. Our clients will now have three methods of receiving invoices from Statewide Tax Recovery:

  1. By supplying us with your designated client email, we will have your invoices electronically and quickly forwarded to you (preferred)

  2. By signing up for our NEW client portal (preferred)

  3. By requesting a paper copy be sent to you via the postal service (not preferred)

Statewide Tax Recovery encourages the utilization of our new electronic options whenever possible, however we recognize that may not be preferred by all. If you need your paper invoice or want to provide us with your designated email, simply call 1-(800) 232-3023 or email clientservices@statewidetaxrecovery.com.
